Shipping Times: Please expect 7-10 day shipping times, however times may vary due to differences in supplier shipping. We do our best to get our products to you as fast as possible.

Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available. Not all suppliers provide tracking information for their shipments. Tracking numbers may take some time to update.

Multiple Shipments: To expedite delivery, your order may be shipped in multiple packages from different suppliers. Each package will have its own tracking information.

Lost or Delayed Shipments: We strive to provide the customer with a smooth shipping experience. In the event of an issue, please contact our customer support, and we will work with the supplier to resolve your issue, or send you a new product if necessary.

Address Accuracy: Ensure accurate shipping information during checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
